Jericho Schools: Middle School and High School!
There were 2 concerts Nov 17 and 19. Tri-M, The Music Honor Society collected 190 food items.The week of November 17-21 The HS/MS collected over 500 food items!
So many boxes to carry!
The Cantiague School of Jericho (grade school) collected over 250 food items too!
You can do the math….Thanks to all in Jericho for continuing to support our efforts to put in the hands of people who need it…you rock!

*Jazzercise rocks! Through January, Long Island Jazzercise location are accepting healthy and nutritious food donations for rCr.* You will be in awe to know (as I am whenever I talk about this…) that (developmentally disabled) volunteers from ACLD and AHRC go out to pick up the food, count it and deliver it to local food pantries!
The week before, we were able to give over 1700 bottles of water to
the homeless. This is most important for 2 reasons. First, water is not readily
available to those who live on the streets…and these people tend to be
dehydrated. Second, the bottle is valuable, because it can be reused.
